All other orders will be $5.00 via USPS
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.
Please note - some items will ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Some items we have in our inventory, and others might come from our partners. If you have multiple items in your order, you might receive order in separate packages.
Most orders are shipped next business day, Monday through Friday. If, order(s) is placed on a Saturday or Sunday then order(s) will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. Also for orders placed during a national US holiday, it will be shipped out the following business day.
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.
If the company encounters any delay in a order or if a product(s) is on back order the company will notify the customer via email or telephone.
Once your order is shipped, we have no control over delays due to weather or carrier processing. Please use your tracking number you receive to track your order. If package gets lost during transit PLEASE contact the shipping carrier, we have no control over the delivery once its shipped.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US are subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (”Import Fees”). When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States. This means that as the purchaser, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package in tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered by the shipping carrier USPS
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving you shipment. After 14 days we can only offer store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@sajbeautylifestyle.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
